Amazon Gift Card Giveaway + IronEZ Discount Code!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We hosted 15 family members at our house and everything went off without a hitch!
We ate lots of good food of course and now I'm exhausted!  I plan to do lots of
relaxing, eating leftovers (mostly pie) and a little online Black Friday shopping today!

[Wisconsin Cranberry Pie]

Speaking of Black Friday shopping, I have a fun giveaway and a discount code for you today!
You know I'm a fan of my IronEZ, right?
I've been a long-time user of the ironing board spray bottle holder.

Without fail, my spray bottle used to fall off my ironing board every time I ironed.
It's no longer a problem though with my IronEZ.  I love it!  It's my favorite spray bottle
and the holder rotates for easy ironing board storage!
Plus, I think it's a great gift for quilters and anyone who just likes to iron
(sounds weird but trust me, they're out there.  My mom is one of them, ha!)

My friends at IronEZ wanted to giveaway a little something to my followers today
so they've offered to give TWO $25 Amazon gift cards!
They've also given me a discount code to share with you
for 15% off + free shipping (US only) on their site!
Click HERE to visit IronEZ and use the code "AJ15" at checkout.

I like food.  I also like to not think too hard so we're going to keep this giveaway really simple.
To enter to win one of the $25 Amazon gift cards
leave a comment below telling me what your favorite Thanksgiving dish is.
I'm going to start.  My name is Amber and I like stuffing and dessert of all kinds.  Oh, and pretzel jello and homemade rolls.  Okay, I clearly couldn't pick just one dish.  But you get the idea.  This is a safe place; no judgement here..  Just tell me all the foods you love at Thanksgiving and I will be drooling by the end of this, I'm sure.  I'll announce the winners Wednesday, December 4th.  Ready, set, go!

  1. Mashed Potatoes, cauliflower with bread crumbs on top, pumpkin pie and lemon meringue pie! I really do not like to iron, but ironically, I can iron all day when I'm 'building a block' for a quilt ;)! I have a ledge beside my ironing board where I set my spray bottle, but yes, it too likes to topple when I'm in a hurry.

    1. Hi! So the Pretzel Jello is a great Thanksgiving side dish with the perfect combination of sweet and salty! It's a layer of a pretzel crust, then a cool whip/cream cheese layer, and then a layer of raspberry jello and frozen raspberries. Everyone who tries it, loves it. Maybe I'll post the recipe for that when I post the cranberry pie recipe soon!

      Thanks for stopping by!

  7. I love any kind of pie, and I made some homemade Parkerhouse rolls this year and they may just be my new favorite.

  8. My mom's sage dressing is the best thing about Thanksgiving. It's a once a year dish, so I'm first in line for this one. Thanks for the drawing!

PS: Any chance that cranberry pie is posted somewhere? My mom adores cranberries and this would be a fun Christmas dinner surprise for her.

  9. Hi there Amber! I'm Kathy and love all Thanksgiving food, except that one stinky brussel sprouts dish sitting alone on the corner. I always take second helpings of turkey breast and dressing...as long as it's my mom's sage dressing recipe that's slathered in turkey gravy. Yeah, non-lumpy mashed potatoes are a must too! A hot roll with a real pat of butter rounds out my favorites. But then, the pumpkin pie has to top off my stomach! Just a dollop of Cool Whip, tho and make it the fat-free kind so I can watch my waistline!

Then I can have leftover turkey sandwiches. :)

  56. Hi, a hello from southeastern Alaska. My favorite thing to go with Turkey and Ham too, is low bush cranberry sauce....homemade. We go out in the fall to our favorite spot up on the ridge on an old firetrail. My husband might be deer hunting, but I am hunting for wild cranberries. Each hard earned berry is put in the freezer waiting for the special day I make cranberry sauce. Yum. so good with dinner and then later on those homemade rolls with leftover meat.
